Along a rustic road in northern Door County, Wisconsin, there is a little patch of Lady Slipper orchids - the small, delicate Yellow Lady Slippers and the larger, in-your-face Showy Lady Slippers. They grow and bloom side-by-side there for a very fleeting few days each June. Seeing them is always thrilling, and painting them is always an honor.
This painting is displayed in a black, solid wood frame and is ready for you to hang and enjoy.
